British oil major BP on Thursday trimmed its executive team down to 10 members and announced William Lin as the new head of the firm's oil and low carbon energy business. BP said it was simplifying its organizational structure to help "grow the value" of the business. "These changes will help us do just that, reducing complexity within bp, allowing our team to focus on delivering our priorities and growing the value of bp," he added. The energy major said the financial reporting structure of the firm remains unchanged and that it will continue to have three businesses: production and operations, gas and low carbon energy and customers and products — enabled by trading and shipping.

Ohio State is hiring former Houston Texans and Penn State head coach Bill O'Brien as its offensive coordinator, a person with direct knowledge of the decision told The Associated Press on Thursday night. ESPN first reported Ohio State was hiring O'Brien. Buckeyes coach Ryan Day has been Ohio State's primary play-caller since being promoted from offensive coordinator to head coach in 2019 to replace Urban Meyer. Brian Hartline was offensive coordinator for the Buckeyes last year, and will remain on staff as wide receivers coach. O'Brien returned to college after being fired by the Texans, joining Nick Saban's staff at Alabama as offensive coordinator for two years.

Growing up in a country with deep-rooted stigma against mental health issues, Adindu, 35, found solace in the popular Latin dance as he battled abuse, depression and suicidal thoughts. "Salsa was the only thing that could make me smile all those days that I was battling, fighting with my demon," he says. A 2021 UNICEF report shows one in six Nigerians aged between 15 and 24 are depressed, anxious or have other mental health issues. Medical professionals say the stigma associated with mental health in Nigeria's culturally conservative society makes matters worse.
